Old Navy women's strapless royal blue floral dress NWT size 16

this is a strapless dress. has the rubber like edging around the top of the dress on the inside most strapless dresses have. there is a zipper on the right hand side that goes from top to waistline. at the top of the zipper there is a hook closure. this dress has an empire style waistline. there is a section in the back of the dress in the middle that is gathered very tightly, this is the elastic to help you keep the dress on. this will allow for some wiggle room. this dress then flares out to form an A-Line style. the main color is a royal blue mostly at the top. after the hips you will sew a floral pattern with different flowers and the leaves. the colors are white, light green, dark green, sky blue and turquoise. does have a liner or pockets. brand new with tags. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. rack J, section B
