Old Navy navy blue dress

This dress is brand new- it still has the tag on it! When on, it sits just above knee length and has 3/4 length sleeves! There is nothing wrong with this navy & white striped dress, I just decided it was too short for my taste after I had bought it (so I never wore it!) Please reach out to me with any questions!
