Old Navy Tie-shoulder Swing Dress in Black

This dress was only worn once to an outdoor party. It’s a little longer in length than I like, so I haven’t worn it since. It is does have a lining so it is not see through. I also have a higher neck dress listed separately in the same size if you like this one.
