Old Navy Sleeveless Skater Dress

Brand new with tags sleeveless dress from old navy. Dress is white with allover navy blue drawings of a bay area beach scene. Looks like a dress you'd get from Modcloth for a much bigger price tag! Straps are adjustable with side ruching/elastic for a more comfortable fit. Length will hit around knees of someone 5'6-5'9.
