Old Navy Shirt Dress

Old Navy Shirt Dress, XXL (38' full length, 27' pit to pit, 27.5' across waist, 28' across hips). Henley type, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs, round hem w/ side slits, collared, chest pocket, tencel fabric, spread collar...(The right side, near the underarm area has .....I wouldn't say a stain, it's almost like a lotion or something similar might have smudged on there ..I've added a photo to show, it's quite faint and may even be unseen while wearing as it's near the underarm of dress..just wanted to note, please see pics).
