Old Navy Pleated White Skirt Size 12 Pleated white skirt with shades of blue ribbon waistband. Skirt is cotton and is a cool wear in warmer temps. There is a natural fringing to the skirt on the hemline and at the waistline. GUC, one of the pleats has started to detach (see pict). Otherwise, no noted defects.
