Old Navy Little Kid's Size 3 canvas slip on loafers shoes sneakers

NEW without tag. Blue canvas slip on loafers. These were never worn but I see some brown spots on the white rubber sole bottom (see pics). I think these are normal for rubber soles but I just wanted to point them out.
