Old Navy Ikat Flowy Caftan Swim Cover Up

Old Navy blue and white ikat caftan swim cover up with v-neck. Back has ties at neck. Never worn. The body is sewn 4” in from the side hem so the flowy fabric hangs nicely on the sides (see 4th photo). That interior side seam ends 9.5” above the bottom hem, where it opens up. Approximate measurements- length: 31”, width: 22” (side seam to side seam)
