Old Navy Extra High Rise Sky-Hi Wide-Leg Jeans Blue Size 8 Frayed Hem READ

The hem of the left leg has some fraying, and there is also some fraying up on the waist band near the button fly. I am not sure if that was part of the original design or if it's wear. There is also some color variation on the back right thigh where it seems lighter. Please see photos for details. Otherwise, I don't see any flaws.
