Old Navy Chambray Half Sleeve Flower Dress Sz. XS

This Old Navy dress has half length sleeves with ties at each end. It is lightweight chambray material, and has never been worn! I bought it because I loved it and it ended up being too small for me, I am usually a small. It has a button back closure.
