Old Navy Blue Floral Mini Dress

Dark blue floral patterned dress sized medium, but it fits me and I’m normally a small to extra small. My bust is 33in and waist is 25in for reference. The bottom hem is longer on the sides than in the middle. The straps are adjustable. The back has elastic so there is some wiggle room. In good condition, I’ve only worn it once.
