Old Navy Blue Floral Midi Dress

Elegant blue midi dress with floral design. Features puff sleeves and gathered waist. Ideal for casual outings. Medium and fits true to size. I am typically a small and this was slightly too loose for my liking. I am 5’8” and this was on the shorter size.
