sarahjvintique @lynninfl Hi! You are correct 12” rise is generally considered high rise. High-rise pants sit at or above the natural waistline, often at or above the belly button. These sit at the waistline on my model and she’s 5’8. If you’re shorter than 5’8 the rise will appear even higher. I hope this helps. Online shopping can be a doozy, but I’m here to help.
