Old Navy 2x Plus striped top with flowers

Old Navy 2x Plus. loose fitting with a square neck. Elastic on sides of neck so can be worn off the shoulder if desired. Red flower pattern over blue/white stripes. Sleeves are detailed with ties around the wrists. Longer than 3/4 length sleeves, but not full. Open waist.
