Acrylic, Made in R.O.C. Taiwan No pilling, but a little fuzzy from age No holes, but the stitching that binds the peplum on one side is loose. Can be pulled tight and knotted Thicker knit, a little scratchy consistent with it's time Pretty groovy and unique style, haven't found another like it. I show it belted because that's how I like to wear it The V front comes down far and the peplum doesn't have as cinched a waist as I like.
