Ohio State 3” Helmet Ornament from the Memory Company - NIB

Unique ornament which I believe could be hand painted (don’t hold me to it). I have sold several and each is unique. It appears these were made for autographs from pictures I’ve seen online. Item is not plastic & comes with a registration card. NIB
