Black material has light sparkle woven into fabric with black beads and iridescent embellishments that surround the front on both and back of the crop - beads only on front of skirt for comfort when sitting. When fully stretched the bottom of crop is 12.5” across or 25” in diameter. Front side is fully lined for comfort. Skirt is 18.5” long, 10” wide (flat lay) without stretch, 12.5” when stretched (flat lay)
