Off-the-Shoulder Blue Bow Dress

This dress is so cute and dreamy! Beautiful shade of cobalt blue. Double-lined to avoid sheerness. The top band is elastic and then the sleeves drop off. It has a sewn-in bow on the top front and it is adorable. It’s hard not to feel like a little fairy in this haha In great used condition. I did cut out the hang-straps and there’s a thread here or there (along top/bottom seam) that need to be snipped.
