@a_taylor921 Thanks! I was wondering if I were to do a counter offer, if the original offer would still be standing? Or if that all goes away once I make an offer? I just didn't want it to jump back up to $190! I just want to be fair to you, but still get a price I am more comfortable with.

@robynmc19 if you do a counter offer I can accept, counter or decline! It won’t go back up to $190 unless you don’t do anything for 24 hours. At which point we could start over 🙂
