shopbmc @cherylvara Hi! I wanted to reach out as I just got back from vacation. You're order was dropped off at the post office the day after you purchased it. I placed (after hours) about 15 boxes in a slot that fit them, but the post office told me I can't do that. I have to drop them off in person. So I had a 1 day shipping time rating - well, they held the packages for three days before they mailed them. For whatever reason, you're package is being returned to me as it wasn't properly scanned.

shopbmc @cherylvara I apologize for any inconvenience as I am rated 4.9 stars and a proud Posh Ambassador! Reputation is everything. You can request a refund or the post office said I should have this week and I can resend to you. It's all packaged nicely in bags and wrapped in tissue paper with hemp rope and my company's logo badge. If you can wait, great. If not, I totally understand!

shopbmc @cherylvara and they know when it has the POSH label on it if they hold it they are hurting your business - they don't really like taking 15 boxes at once but it is what it is! I spoke to the head of the post office and we now have an agreement. As soon as I get the package returned, I will ship it. I already have a new label ready and printed in a box waiting to repackage if needed.
