Offer Cheat Sheet

After a bunch of ridiculously low ball offers lately, I feel the need to post this cheat sheet. My prices are already quite fair, so I will not accept any offer asking for more than 20% off, and sometimes not even that much. Please also keep in mind that Posh charges 20% of the sales price as commission so if you are offering 50% of the price, that’s 70% off on my side. So please be respectful when making an offer.
