Off the shoulders top

Unfortunately there is no tag on this shirt stating the material. It's incredibly soft but also runs incredibly small. Tag says XXL but it's more like a tight medium. It does stretch but not much. Basically brand-new couldn't fit so no flaws. top to bottom 19.5 inches (pictured) pit to pit 16 inches (pictured) non smoking home.
