Off the shoulder spring dress!

Looks to be a size medium. Was purchased from a boutique and has no tags, I think it was custom. Loved this dress and wore it on my birthday. Has an elastic waist with a ribbon tie. Overall color is a pink/salmon with blue and cream dits and a vintage pattern at bottom.
