Off the shoulder romper

Necessary Objects off the shoulder romper with a ruffle top. Very minimal stretch. Bought this but never wore because it was way too small for me :( Has a side zipper and two front pockets. Several loose threads present - please refer to pics. There may be more loose threads than shown. Approximate flat lay measurements: Pit to pit: 14 in Waist: 11.5 in Length: 23 in When I bought it, model in pic was wearing it as a one shoulder romper - so I think it's possible to wear it that way too.
