Off the shoulder floral dress

Stunning off the shoulder floral dress with button front detailing. Smocked top accentuates the chest in a very flattering way and the bottom fans out slightly to create a beautiful silhouette. Very Brigitte Bardot. In love with this, but I ordered the wrong size unfortunately and couldn’t return it. Purchased from a high end boutique in NY. Brand new without tags, never worn.
