Off the Shoulder Ruffle Shirt

The off the shoulder design is a ruffle that goes continuously on the front and back. There is an elastic for holding it up on the shoulders. There is a cinched waist at the bottom with an elastic that is not tight or uncomfortable. It also has a small ruffle detailing on the bottom (see last picture)
