Off the Shoulder Dress Hand Made with African Block Print Fabric - Black Birds

The dress is awesome! It was clearly hand made using fabric marked "Guaranteed Wax Block Prints by Hitarget". I just love the stunning bird textile design in shades of black, cream, yellow, gold and black. The elasticized neckline can be worn off the shoulder but a woman over a size large might be uncomfortable with max fit (Its a bit tight across my shoulders). Although it is very full in the waist and hips, it is a bit narrow across the shoulder and chest. I would say it would fit a size medium or large very well. Flat Measurements are as follows: Neckline: *not stretched: 13.5" * stretched: @ 22" Armpit to Armpit: *not stretched: 18" *stretched: 22" Waist: 31" (flat) Width at hemline: 34' Length: 40"
