Off shoulder Striped Blouse w Tie Sleeve Detail

Size Large, this is a great Vacation top. Wear it over a bathing suit or on its own. Can be worn on the beach or at the dance club. Would be a great addition to your Valentines day outfit. The back has a Split Tail detail which allows for curvier shapes. Sleeves are 3/4 length, bell shaped, and have ties around the elbow. Super cute! Dress it up or down.
