Off The Shoulder Top

Bought on clearance and never wore. Still has sale taxes. There is some discoloration on the lace part that I tried to capture in pictures. It's not really noticeable unless you look really hard. Also there seems to be a fabric snag on the back also shown in pictures. size XS
