Off Shoulder Shirred Tie Sleeve Top

The smocked design cinches the bodice and sleeves with a knotted design, which accentuates the ruffled cuffs and hem. An off-the-shoulder collarline enhances the flirty look to this top. Just pair it with high waisted jeans for a feminine feel. It did get unstitched but it’s an easy fix ( as shown in picture ) which I pinned with a Bobby pin for pictures
