Off Shoulder Lace Gown

Brand new! Purchased from a small boutique for an event and never had the chance to wear it. Built in support for bust. Dress can be worn off shoulder or up. Elastic straps sewn in to lace to support either look. Top bust area is lace over champagne satin. Bottom part is flowy black material. Very flattering and nice detailing.
