Off Shoulder Boho Top

Brand new off the shoulder boho top. Has super cute tassles in the front and flowery pattern throughout the sleeves. It has elastic bands for the top and the waist to adjust the top to the way you want it. It's a super pretty top, just not my style so I've never worn it. It's an XS but can fit anywhere from XS-M
