They were originally sold as a 2 pack and only one of them had been opened. I charged and tested the open drone. It appears that all parts are there except for the directions but you will have a set of directions in the new box. I dont now how to fly drones but I successfully lifted off, bounced off a couch and chair and then into the corner for a crash landing. LOL So it does work.
