It's a size 0, but can fit a little bigger in my opinion when worn higher on the waist. The mannequin is a size 4 so you can see how it fits. The material is not stretchy. Please review measurements. The print is a floral (poppies print) with birds on a plaid background. Fully lined with 2 hand pockets. Rear zipper with hook closure. Pleated waistline.
