Ocean drive embroidered tunic medium

Ocean drive tunic. Size medium. 100% cotton. Light weight fabric. White cotton tunic with navy blue embroidery. Looks great as a top or worn as a swim cover. Originally had a tie at the bust, but I preferred the open neck look. Final picture shows where the string was removed. As you can see, it’s not noticeable. There are a few imperfections in the embroidery (see pics). Measurements provided in pictures
