Ocean Blue Jeweled Formal Dress!

Stunning blue pageant/prom dress with mesh chest and jeweled detail. The crystal jewels line the waist, bust, shoulder, neck and arm. The jewels also follow the center of the back to hide the zipper and give a seamless appearance. The back has mesh on it as well. The dress is floor length. Size on tag is a 6 but the dress fits a lot smaller. I am a size 2 and the only alterations done were on the tops of the shoulders to shorten the length and tighten the bust area.
