Obermeyer purple and green Kids' Jacket

Obermeyer size 4 girls heavy winter coat/ski jacket/snowboarding. The zipper is stuck in the down position. Though the buttons are not functional(just for looks), the jacket is missing the bottom most button. There is Velcro closure that can be used, but it is not as secure without the zipper working.
