These are the 'low bridge fit' which on this pair means that it comes with an (unused) lower bridge nose piece and that the lenses are slightly shorter. They also come with (installed) the standard bridge nosepiece (and a spare one). FWIW, I typically wear the standard fit, and these fit great, too! According to my research, you can put standard lenses in the frame no problem, though I haven't done that myself. These have been used sparingly and have no scratches.
