OTK Stretch Suede Flat Boots

These taupe OTK boots are made of a beautiful super soft and stretchy faux suede. I wore these for a short 10 min walk around my block only to decide that they run a little snug on my toes since I prefer to wear socks with my boots. These have a couple of glue marks. A small scuff on right heel, and a spot of surface coating in the insole peeled off from non-stick inserts. I'm open to questions, and reasonable offers.
