Still in the original Box from "O-R Products Co., Inc." from Belmont, Mass. Some glue mark staining on wood , I think (Check out 3rd photo from end). Cosmetic issues like this that I saw, I tried to take pictures of. These clogs will be shipped to you in their original box even though the cover is falling apart :).
