O.P.T. Lutz Dress size XS

OPT “Lutz” Dress - size xs. Gorgeous nude/blush dress with chiffon overlay and black polka dots. Ties with a gorgeous black velvet ribbon which is great for easy adjusting. I really hate parting with this one it’s one of my all time favorite dresses!!! Perfect for wedding guests, baptisms, showers, etc. a truly any event!!!! The velvet detail is minimal so can definitely be worn any time of year. Worn once!
