O.P.T Brisa Lace/Eyelet White Cotton Dress, NWT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @carina_1204. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. The label states its a size large but it definitely fits small so I would say it's more of a medium. Never wore and has tags from TJ Maxx. Questions? Leave a comment below!
