Only worn once ! The waist is 28 inches. I am a size 25-27 but the skirt fits very comfortably! Very light fabric, perfect for the lovely spring/summer weather! anbelleboutique @courtnicole45 Hello Courtney! So glad to see you’re interested in the skirt! I tried to google it but nothing came up so I measured the waist myself and it’s about 28 inches :) Also, since its light material (100% rayon), it is unfortunately a bit see through. I just tested it, and you are able to see the outline of thick, dark undergarments. I think the skirt looks best with light colored, thin underwear, or ones that don’t cover as much of the butt :)
