I mounted a vintage plastic doll head through the hole of a ceiling medallion. I spray-painted the medallion red and added gold paint, gold glitter, and red rhinestones. I spray-painted the back of the medallion with black spray paint, circling around the doll's head, letting it drip to create a creepy effect.
