OOAK Magnolia Boho Velvet Top Hat Indie Upcycled Gypsy Floral Cat Women's Adjustable Size - Medium 22.5" to Small 20" I make one-of-a-kind wearable art from pre-owned treasures. This item will come with a hang tag that I made and signed. This particular Top Hat was made from a pair of velvet/velour jeans. It has vintage doilies and floral fabric pieces sewn on. I make my own patches, for this creation, a patch of a dapper cat with a tuxedo and top hat, and a gypsy patch. I also make my own quote patches - "Radiate positivity", "Color outside the lines" and "You can do amazing things". There is also flower appliques cut from a vintage linen. There are raw edges on the brim and inside. I have also done some slow stitch embroidery to make the patches stand out. You can adjust this hat with vintage lace ribbon and velvet ribbon that ties in the back. Our logo is sewn inside, and I have signed a homemade hang tag and attached it. This hat is a great way to express yourself and feel confident that no one else will have a creation like yours.
