OOAK Magnolia Boho Quilted Jacket Frida Cat Bird Gypsy Patchwork INDIE Women's Size Large I create one of a kind wearable art from pre-owned items. Please see photos for details and measurements. This one-of-a-kind jacket was made from a 100% cotton quilt. All of the patches, such as the Frida, Birds, Gypsy, Cat, my logo and the ones with the quotes - Dare to be Different, Embrace Perfection, and Be Unique Be Beautiful Be You - I have made myself. They all have been appliqued on by sewing. I double stitch the seams, so they will be durable. You will find vintage doilies, vintage floral fabric, and vintage embroidered linens also appliqued on. The word FANCY came from a vintage grass seed sack, that we purchased in the Amish country. Two black sparrows have been painted on with screen print ink. It was heat set and remains soft to the touch. The bottom edge is trimmed out with a vintage crochet lace. Around the neck, the trim is from a vintage doily. The wrists have been trimmed with a crochet lace. Several hours of slow stitch embroidery has been added for extra detail. Three vintage brass buttons have been used for the closure. There are only two buttonholes and three buttons. Allowing it to be adjustable for comfort. Last, coffee/tea staining has been done to bring everything together. All edges are raw and will fray. Attached to the coat is a hang tag, that I have made and signed as well. This is truly one of a kind. I make my wearable art from treasures I find.
