OOAK Custom Pull-on Skirt

I love this piece! It was made for me by a seamstress using the fabric from a 1970's dress. Fabric is a poly blend, very substantial. She used it to make this simple, casual summer skirt. Measurements shown in photo. Perfect with a simple black t-shirt or cami. EUC, no flaws.
