O’Neill Infant sized (less than 30 lbs) life vest. US Coast Guard approved. Light blue, neon yellow and pink. Zips up front, with two straps around middle and one strap for between legs. Great condition - there are two spots of light dirt (see last two photos) but is functionally in like-new condition with no wear to the fabric or straps/buckles.
