O'Neill Cabana Tile Terry Dress

New, without tags! The O’Neill Cabana Tile Dress, is a knit mini dress made from a cotton and polyester blend. It has a soft knit feel and ties at the back of the neck. Beautiful green colored halter-style terrycloth coverup. I bought this for myself but it was not quite right for me, so I’m instead listing it here!
