O'Neill wrap top, very cute, floral print on black background. Sleeves hit just below the elbow, have cuffed bands, and slightly gathered for a slight billowy effect. No collar but it's like a double-breasted wrap-top, with four buttons at the waist-belly, as well as an interior button. It also comes with an extra button. It's new with tags, never worn, sized small but can also fit a smallish medium. Hook & button closure, slightly cropped, great with high-waisted pants or skirts. Viscose, machine wash.
